Urgent Need for Healthcare Professionals
Registered Nurses (RN)

Registered Nurse Duties and Responsibilities
- Complies with ATC policies/procedures.
- Develop the nursing care plan

- Monitor patient vitals; detect changes in symptoms, health, and/or pain
- Perform nursing procedures and assist physicians with procedures

- Communicate clearly and directly with patients; provide emotional support to patients and family members under stress
- Performs patient and family education

- Maintains confidentiality related to patient, family, client facility and staff in accordance with the
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Current, active nursing license in state of expected practice
- Understanding of standard medical practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and great bedside manner
- Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- CPR appropriate to field of practice, at least Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) preferred
- One year of recent experience as a RN in a healthcare setting, specialty experience may be a requirement for some areas; some clients may require 2 or more years of recent prior, documentable experience

Clinical Laboratory Scientists
Clinical Lab Scientist Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Lab Scientist to become a part of our laboratory diagnostic team. The responsibilities of this role include sampling and testing body fluid and tissues. All applicants must have an understanding of both hematology and chemistry. Candidates must have certification, prior experience in a medical laboratory, and be familiar with medical terminology. As a Clinical Lab Scientist, you must keep your license up-to-date and follow all OSHA guidelines for medical waste.

Radiology Techs
Radiology Tech Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled radiology technologist to join our growing team. As a radiology technologist, you will work in clinical settings with state-of-the-art medical equipment and interact with a diverse range of patients. You will work as part of a medical team under the direction of a supervising radiologist.
Radiology Tech Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff
- Use radiologic imaging to diagnose and treat patients
- Explain procedures to patients in layperson’s terms and confirm patient understanding
- Ensure patient comfort and safety for the duration of the appointment
- Prepare, position, and immobilize patients prior to conducting scans
- Perform radiologic tests to obtain clear and correct body scans
- Perform highly complex examinations and general diagnostic procedures

Surgical/Operating Room Technicians
Surgical/Operating Room Technician Job Description
We are looking for a capable and self-assured Surgical Tech to join our growing medical facility. In this role, you will prepare the operating rooms before surgery, ensuring all surfaces and tools are sterile and all necessary equipment is ready for the procedure. During the surgery, you will assist the surgeon and nurses as needed, then gather and process all instruments for sterilization or disposal once the procedure is finished. We prefer candidates who have at least two years of medical experience.
Surgical Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow policies and procedures
- Set up the OR suite with instrument trays for procedures
- Count sponges, rags, needles, and instruments before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure proper operation of equipment, such as lights and suction machines
- Assist the surgical team with scrubbing in and putting on gloves and masks
- Wash and sterilize all medical instruments and equipment following surgeries
- Clean, organize and restock the operating room after surgical procedures
