Mr. Steve Savitsky serves as President for ATC Healthcare, Inc. Along with his brother, Savitsky was the founder of Tender Loving Home Care Services, once the third-largest home care company in the United States. He has been in the medical staffing industry for more than four decades and is recognized as one of the industry’s most innovative thinkers. He has a BA from Yeshiva University in economics and an MBA from Baruch School of Business in finance and marketing.

Mr. David Savitsky serves as Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Director for ATC Healthcare, Inc. Together with his brother, Savitsky founded the company four decades ago. Under his leadership, ATC was recognized by Forbes as one of the leading staffing companies in the United States and ranks as the fourth largest per diem nursing firm in the country.
