ATC Healthcare: What is your position within ATC Healthcare?

HF: Director of Human Resources

ATCH: How would you describe your role?

HF: I work with the franchisees and their staff to train/oversee in recruitment, onboarding, background screening, employee relations issues, discipline, unemployment, family and medical leave, life insurance benefits, and all medical/dental/vision/disability. In addition, I mediate all the issues franchise partners might have with field staff. I am also the Equal Opportunity Officer.

ATCH: How did your career path lead you to ATC Healthcare?

HF: I have been working in human resources in the healthcare space for 20+ years. I am proud to say that while I was working as vice president of HR for a network of health clinics, I earned my Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations at Baruch College and graduated as the valedictorian!

ATCH: How do you interact with franchise partners?

HF: Interaction is a part of their onboarding and continuous performance improvement. I try to guide franchise partners to be the best employers they can be. I work with the offices in best practices and have some key performance metrics for their staff.

ATCH: What should potential franchise partners know about you and your role?

HF: There are few HR issues I have not had to deal with, and I am always available to guide, listen and offer practical advice.

ATC Healthcare: What is your position within ATC Healthcare?

AS: Director of Operations

ATCH: How would you describe your role?

AS: I work with the network to provide guidance regarding challenges and opportunities franchises may be facing, I work closely with new franchise partners to help them establish a successful business, I prepare communications to the network designed to encourage, challenge and motivate performance; I work on special projects, like the ATC Healthcare national conference.

ATCH: How did your career path lead you to ATC Healthcare?

AS: I worked with ATC Healthcare as a consultant about 8 years ago. After this engagement ended, ATC Healthcare called me to ask me if I would be interested in a full-time job

ATCH: Why is ATC Healthcare a great system to be a part of?

AS: We are interested in our franchise partners’ success. Corporate devotes time, effort and funds to delivering better services; the government contracting department, along with the national sales director, is devoted to finding business for the franchise partners.

ATC Healthcare: What is your position within ATC Healthcare?

CZ: Manager of Billing, Credit and Collections

ATCH: How would you describe your role?

CZ: I run credit reviews on prospective customers, manage daily collection department activities, escalate customer accounts when required, reconcile problem accounts, and review collectors accounts to ensure customers are sending payments and collection efforts are consistent.

ATCH: How do you interact with franchise partners?

CZ: My team and I interact on a regular basis with the franchise partners to discuss any billing and collection issues and to escalate customers that are not paying within terms.

ATCH: Why is ATC Healthcare a great system to be a part of?

CZ: The healthcare industry, in general, is growing. This growth has proven to be even greater during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Everyone in the company, in every department, understands this is a team effort to help our franchises provide valuable healthcare services.

ATCH: What do you do for fun outside of the office?

CZ: I enjoy small wood working projects such as building custom wooden American Flags and holiday items.

ATC Healthcare: What is your position within ATC Healthcare?

RF: Vice President of Nursing and Compliance

ATCH: How would you describe your role?

RF: I manage worker injuries, risk management, clinical quality improvement and regulatory compliance.  I also research clinical and risk issues, develop training, documents and forms related to compliance.

ATCH: What should potential franchise partners know about you and your role?

RF: I will answer their questions, provide and develop documents, manuals and forms as requested and needed.

ATCH: Why is ATC Healthcare a great system to be a part of?

RF: The franchise owners and members of the corporate team work together to achieve success and solve any issues that may arise. Although we are a large company, everyone is very approachable and accessible. There is a high degree of collaborative, goal-focused work.

 ATCH: What do you do for fun outside of the office?

RF: I like outdoor activities and being with my family, friends and my dog, Ty.
